Urgent care surgical procedures include skin lacerations or abscesses, internal bleeding, intestinal obstruction from a foreign object, torn cruciate or ACL injuries, fracture repair, malignant skin cancers, bladder stones or urethral blockages, and spleen cancer. Surgical elective procedures are spay neuter, dental extractions, and removal of benign growths of the skin.

Canine Influenza 

Due to a breakout of canine influenza in Birmingham, we are taking several measures to get ahead of the surge in our state. We are REQUIRING all dogs attending Lucky Dog Daycare or boarding at Osborne Animal Clinic be vaccinated for this virus. Dogs will NOT be allowed in daycare or boarding after August 19, 2022, unless vaccinated. 


The initial vaccine is $46.50 with a follow-up vaccine in two-three weeks of $46.50. Then annual boosters. Eligible for canine a minimum of 9 weeks or older in good health.
